Muriedas Fine Art present original artwork painted by hand. At the heart of what I do is a love for art - art that is handmade with skill, talent and real passion. My Statement
LORENZO MURIEDAS
My art is passionate and convergent with several faces in yourself, especially when I refer to memories and fantasies, always taking as a starting point my endless revelations dreamlike aesthetic submitting a proposal that allows the balance between form and color hierarchies throughout its length, leaning on the many manifestations of the senses. This is demonstrated by my series of drawings depicting the absurdity of dreams and irrationality of genuine feelings that come from my subconscious inherited uncontrollable thoughts, expressed through form, color, light and shadow.

POETRY
In the late 90s he began writing poems for his very strong inclination to poetry, for him poetry and painting have a close relationship so he decided to devote some time to poetry. It currently has more than 1200 poems completed, including sonnets and poetry-themed free love, free and social sense with some touches in politics.
In 2011 he managed to publish one of his poems entitled "Blue" in a book published in the United States with the English name "Star in Our Hearts: Revelation" by World Poetry Movement. It is the only Spanish poem in the book.
In 2012 he won first place in the “Great Poets America” poetry contest held in Washington, D.C., with the sonnet entitled “Anhelo”.

Red color has been used for a long time as a symbol or flag of many revolutions, it has been used by many
socialist or communist parties, it also symbolizes bloodshed in the struggle for independence of many nations, and this is the reason why my artwork is entitled: Blood or ideology.

Black & White
MIXED MEDIA "BLACK & WHITE"
The paintings in black and white are attractive to many people who love art.
For me as an artist who perfectly see the harmony between aesthetics and composition, emphasizing the beauty that occurs between different gray values decomposition from pure white to black, giving a nice image for the human eye.
The paintings in Black and White usually quite decorative, and that can be placed anywhere in a room or office without causing any decorative distortion.
I created these images for inspiration to the everyday, spiritual and imaginative.

Fruit And Tree Of Luck
MIXED MEDIA "FRUIT AND TREE OF LUCK"
Trees and its fruits are essential to the lives of humans and animals on this planet called Earth, a fundamental food base at all times. This is why planting and care are vital to all living beings in general.
Trees and fruits are also used by many artists as symbols in their artwork in all tendencies and times.
So almost all my works have trees and at least one fruit as a symbol in my artworks, symbols of prosperity, fertilization, of creation, of wealth, of scarcity. I also use it as change is politically or socially, as a symbol of something elusive. All these artworks are made in acrylic and ink on paper or canvas and most were completed in 2015.
